The 34th Patotsav of BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Dar-es-Salaam, was celebrated on 9 June 2011. Around 500 devotees participated in the Vedic mahapuja and abhishek rituals held from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The evening celebration assembly, held at Shree Lohana Community Centre from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., included Annakut Darshan of over 550 vegetarian delicacies offered to Thakorji, and was attended by over 1,000 devotees and well-wishers.
