The intercalated month, ‘Adhik Mas’ , is a very holy period. This time it falls in Vaishakh. Participation in observances and celebrations during this month earn special merits. During Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s stay in Ahmedabad the symbolic celebrations of many festivals are being held. It is a tradition to celebrate the festival which falls on a particular tithi on that particular day, although the actual month may be different.
