In the presence of Pujya Amrutcharit Swami and Pujya Munitilak Swami Clifton BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir celebrated the festivals of Hari Jayanti and Ram Navmi on April 13, 2003. The celebration commenced with the inauguration of an exhibition by the Kishori Mandal depicting the message and teachings of the Shikshapatri. The evening cultural program enlightened one and all through a series of kirtans, dramas, speeches and dances themed around the lives of Lord Rama and Lord Swaminarayan. Pujya Amrutcharit Swami spoke on how Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj is a living example of the Shikshapatri today.
