With these words the acting Governor of New Jersey, Hon. Donald T. DiFrancesco (R) presented a Proclamation to Pujya Tilakratna Swami in the Sunday congregation on February 18th 2001.
Mr. Michael Ferguson, Congressman - 7th District, Rev. DeForest Soaries, NJ Secretary of State, Mr. Brian Donhaue, Deputy Chief of Staff, Mrs. DiFrancesco, Ms. Mary Cudjoe, Director Ethnic and Minorities Affairs and other prominent dignitaries also joined in the prayers for the earthquake survivors.
