BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha

Annual leadership conventions bring together young adults from various communities and backgrounds to teach leadership, management, and communication skills. These conventions consist of hands-on workshops, classroom sessions, and interactive recreational activities that strengthen interpersonal skills. Conventions are led by leadership and management experts and sadhus with a proven track record in human relations, event management, and strategic thinking. These experts provide customized training for youth leaders from different locales. The conventions exhibit state-of-the-art-technology and presentation techniques. These conventions also provide an opportunity for youths to network with other young leaders and share ideas that have worked for others which can then be implemented in their own communities. A special program has been designed in India for young leaders to be groomed to lead their generation.  There are regular leadership courses including the Yuva Talim Kendra in which 85 selected youths from around India get a six-month training course with versatile training. BAPS provides a medium for young leaders to come together and work in unison to better our community.
