BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, London participated once again in Open House London, the capital’s annual festival of architecture. The Mandir joined over 700 buildings, including private homes, commercial and government offices, historical sites, places of worship, educational establishments, and many others in “a celebration of all that is best about the capital’s buildings.”

On Friday, 25th May 2012 in the morning hours, a ground breaking ceremony took place to pave the construction of a classroom block at Nakivubo primary school, kampala. This new classroom block is being donated by BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, Uganda, as a charity in support to the education sector.
