More than 470 yuvak-yuvatis from across the UK attended the shibir entitled ‘Shurvirta’ (meaning ‘courage’), based on the five principles.

The fifth annual BAPS Twenty20 cricket tournament was held at Hainault Recreation Ground in East London on Saturday 4 August 2012. The event welcomed 20 teams with participants from across the UK between the ages of 18 to over 50, with the key objective to encourage all ages to integrate and play as a united team.

To help students and their parents better understand the Australian school system and pathways into tertiary studies, an education seminar was held in Sydney on 28 July 2012.

Thousands of yuvaks at over 400 BAPS youth centers throughout Gujarat and Mumbai participated in the annual Shravan month parayans between 20 July and 17 August 2012.

On 14th July, 2012, BAPS South Africa organised its 7th annual 'Winter Warmer Drive' in Johannesburg.

The shibir, entitled “Karyakaro, Karya Karo”, was themed around the concepts of ‘Samjan’, ‘Sampark’, ‘Samay’ and ‘Dhani Thaine’.

The sixth Yagnapurush Cup provided a fun day of football for everyone, on Saturday 16 June 2012. This year, the tournament returned to Alperton Goals in London. Twenty teams participated in the exciting tournament.

More than 60 devotees from Central Europe gathered for a Satsang shibir entitled ‘Kariye Raaji Ghanshyam’ in Milan.

On May 3rd, during a special program held at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Toronto, the volunteers of BAPS were proudly awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of their tireless voluntary efforts for the betterment of society.
